A Japanese head spa is a therapeutic ritual built around the scalp — the one place most hair care completely misses. Where a regular shampoo cleans the hair shaft, a head spa works at the root: stimulating circulation, removing deep buildup, regulating oil production, and releasing the tension that accumulates in the muscles of the scalp and neck.

At Miyabi, each ritual is delivered by hand, one guest at a time, in a private treatment room. The technique is slow and intentional — there is nothing efficient about it, and that is the point. You leave with a cleaner, lighter scalp and a quieter mind.
